Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by ABCA Services ("ABCA", "we", "our", or "us") via our website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2. Service Bookings & Execution

ABCA provides on-demand doorstep electrical, plumbing, and related home repair services through verified and background-checked technicians ("Service Partners"). When you confirm a booking, an authorized service technician will be dispatched to your registered address during your chosen time slot or under our 90-Minute Emergency Dispatch SLA.

3. Transparent Pricing & Additional Materials

All service labor charges displayed on our platform are inclusive of standard diagnostic and installation labor. Any spare parts, electrical consumables (wires, switches, MCBs), or plumbing fittings (pipes, valves, taps) required during execution are billed transparently with standard retail receipts or agreed prior to installation.

4. 30-Day Service Warranty

We back all workmanship completed by our verified partners with a complimentary 30-Day Service Warranty. In the rare event an issue reoccurs within 30 days of job completion, our technician will revisit and resolve the issue free of charge. Consumable wear-and-tear or issues caused by pre-existing third-party structural defects are excluded.

5. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate service location details, ensure safe and reasonable access to the service premises, and inspect the completed work prior to signing off on job completion.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment anytime before the partner has departed for your premises at zero charge. For cancellations after technician arrival, a nominal inspection/dispatch fee may apply.
